If extreme weather prevents us from setting up your lawn display you will receive a refund.
If you cancel your display more than 24 hours in advance, you will have the option of receiving a 50% refund, or keeping your full amount on file until you are ready to use it. If it’s less than 24 hours, no refund will be given.
You will not receive a refund if the homeowner refuses to allow us to set up the display, has a dog or other animal that prevents us from getting on the property. You will not receive a refund if we are not allowed access into a gated community, we were given an incorrect address, or the wording on the submission form was incorrect.
Typically the card greetings are delivered and set up after 7 pm and removed after 7 pm the following evening, unless other arrangements have been made. All prices include delivery (within radius), set up, and take down of the yard greeting.
Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from Grassy Greetings. You are responsible for replacement of any damaged, missing, or stolen signs/stakes at $15.00 per piece. Any damage or loss will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Grassy Greetings reserves the right to decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, etc. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
A $35 fee will be charged for any changes we must make due to no fault of our own (e.g., wrong address given, name misspelled on order form, etc.) This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later time/day to install.
Do not attach anything to the signs as some materials may cause damage.
Please ensure that all lawn care is performed before signs are to be set up. If you have sprinklers, please make sure they are turned off.
A Grassy Greetings promotional sign will be placed with the yard greeting. Please do not hide or move it. A missing sign fee will apply.
